about me/my beliefs
Having recently seen/noticed the extremely weird behavior of my reality, I began to question what was or wasn't real, and I still don't have all the answers.
However, I appreciate how it made me more skeptical of even the non-woo concepts I was thought, and it made me realize you can't rely on anyone else if you want the real truth.
I am here to document my thoughts. Anything that comes to mind that might be insightful (or not).
I don't care if you fully agree with me or not. This is not a mission to convert others to my ideology. I just want to explore.
My personal "rules" - (inspired by aaron)
- Don't worship anyone or anything. Everything is a tool and replaceable, a means to an end. Even if you "love" someone, you do so for how they make YOU feel. If meatworld is somehow true and I stop existing after death, then literally nothing matters after that point, and legacy is a lie.
- Never (deliberately and efortfully) pass on a big opportunity, even if it has downsides or you disagree with it. Like say the evil elites offered you a deal, just take it and keep your mouth shut.
- Ignore physical exercise and fitness related advice if you're not clearly overweight or obese. If I have 4 functioning limbs, my body is good enough and doesn't need "improvement".
Besides no one will notice you're jacked if you have a shirt on.
- Don't be a hero. Never help others if it means putting yourself in danger or worsening your situation. Be gray, not black or white.
- Don't worship god, copy him. I have no obligation to be morally perfect. I will not try to make an effort to be more 'moral' according to someone else. I don't really care if others see me as a good example or not. If god/reality does something to me, I will generally assume it's OK for me to do the same to others. If everyone thought the same way, we could make god accountable.
- I don't care what anyone thinks of me unless it has unavoidable social repercussions. In general it's better to play along.
- Comparing yourself with others in a way that makes you feel bad is dumb. No one is truly better than me (not even god), and even if they actually are, I would assume it was just a product of their environment and they were more lucky than I was.
- Measure people's worth based on what they can give you. The weak, poor, etc. cannot be saved and should be avoided. Apply game theory to your relationships and defect at the first sign the other person will do the same, unless you temporarily need them.
- Don't believe anything. If I want to disbelieve something that everyone else believes, I will do it without shame. No matter what they say. I may have a completely different worldview from what literally anyone else in the world would have in my situation.
- Ignore "evil" in the news. If someone tells me evil things are happening around the world, I may "acknowledge" it and move on after 10 seconds. Even if bad things really are physically happening instead of being fake/AI, it's not my responsibility to care or feel bad about it.
And besides it's not like there is anything you can even fucking do that isn't somehow for your own sake.
- Don't take anyone else seriously. It doesn't matter just because say they're your father/mother/brother/idol that means you have to value what they think. Because if they're wrong, so will you.
- Look for the truth, but try to keep it to yourself. For me personally, having a correct opinion on things is important. But I don't really care if other people share my opinions or not, and if I somehow get close with someone who doesn't, I may attempt to persuade them to agree with me even if that means having to manipulate others.
- Find ways to cheat the system. Over employment, trading, scams, lying, cheating or stealing. Anything that helps you get ahead is completely valid. Apply the 'hacker mentality' to life if you can. Every system and every rule is waiting to be broken/bent.
- Treat it all as a puzzle, or a game. And the objective is to figure out the answer, or just mess around along the way. That's why I'm here - for the element of mystery/uncertainty, be that in woo, life occurrences, etc.
